We intuitively created a brand and web presence, inspired by the intent that the lead Psychologist genuinely wants to help all people in need regardless of income, by offering Free mental health services.

THE STORY



A Mental Heath care service comprising of psychologists, counsellors and social workers wanted to create their online presence.

They are offering a unique and widely needed 'no out of pocket cost' counselling service to cater to those who need mental health care but are turned away because they cannot afford to pay a gap fee. Gap fees can be so high for the unemployed, low income earners, students, migrants and people who simply cannot afford to seek help. Free psychology (formerly branded - Uplift) provides Free mental health services covered by government schemes which they easily help you navigate on their website.

From intently listening to the ideas of the lead Psychologist, we were able to create all the online content, we tuned in to their heartfelt mission, the services they offered and created easy to follow information.

We also created their branding, selected images in line with the theme and we executed a 10 location SEO plan to allow customers to find them in those locations throughout Sydney, Australia.

WEB DESIGN



I created a simple, cohesive design that fits with the service and vision. Colorful images and descriptions highlight the pages to create a welcoming user experience.



MOBILE FRIENDLY



I designed an intuitive layout that would allow users to easily scroll, navigate & book services on any mobile device or tablet.

I created a simple logo to complement the brand.

THE RESULTS



We were so blessed to have worked with Free (Formerly Uplift) Psychology, they genuinely have a vision to offer counselling to anyone that is in need of mental health service, especially who do not have the financial means, for them better access, is their mission.

We were so grateful to be able to translate their vision into a functioning website and booking system that has manifested into new clients as a helpful tool for returning clients.


Our client was so happy with the results of our input and creativity and we appreciated that we were able to not only deliver the visual and technical products, but we were able to form a long term business consulting relationship to market and grow their brand and expand the awareness of the mental health care scheme in Australia and to encourage more providers to offer no out of pocket expense services.
